I think she is one sick person, she has told 1 lie after another. it almost reminds me of the Casey anthony trial all the lies. I am sure she will come up with someway to get out of it. There's just SO many inconsistencies.. Someone mentioned last night, if she was so innocent, what aren't her defense team going out and trying to look for the gun she threw in the desert so they can try and prove it wasn't her grandfather's that she stole but Travis's? Just too many things..
I don't think Travis abused her.. She asked for it because they both were into that kind of "kinky" sort of sex. I think she had the aptitude that if SHE couldn't have Travis, nobody else could and she couldn't stand the fact that he was taking somebody else to Cancun.

Why all the lies and changing stories? If she really, really is innocent, why would she change her stories? No, she is definately into kinky stuff and this was probabaly some sort of game that went wrong. I think those pictures she took of him in the shower are very damning to her defense. He did not appear under duress in the minutes before this horrible murder. Either that, or she is a very jealous person and had the attitude that if she can't have him, no one will. I'm guessing the jealously figures in heavily because of the 'overkill' wounds. If it was an accident or even self-defense, one shot would do it. Not the descecrating of his body. That shows extreme anger.

Is it just me, or can you tell on her face and her demeanor that she is getting a "kick" out of telling everyone about her sexual exploits?
And it's nerve-wracking that she says she has a good memory but then when the prosecuting lawyer starts asking the questions, all of a sudden she has great memory loss.. If she was at all smart, she wouldn't be so darned obvious. She didn't kill him in self-defense, she killed him in a fit of jealous rage.
