I was taking a pan of sausage and peppers out of the oven and and grease spilled all over my pants. Someone told me to use vinegar and I tried that but without success. Any helpful hints would be appreciated. Barbara 1|1|I always put dish soap on a grease stain before throwing in the wash....|Quietwaters|Quietwaters39@hotmail.com|07:23:04|03/04/2013|

I always use ajax lemon or dawn, and nothing with bleach in it.

Then I put detergent directly on it. Wash in the hottest water your fabric can take.
Then do it again if you need to. 3|3|Meant to say don't dry in the dryer until you know it's out |glennie58|glenn_scott@alumni.ksg.harvard.edu|10:11:03|03/04/2013|

DH had some oil/grease on a light colored pair of dress pants and it went through the washer and dryer unnoticed. I grabbed the GOOP and rubbed it in and put it back in the washer and it all came out. HTH
