For the past 4 weeks in a row my mom hasnt gotten the sunday news paper (she allways pays on time,shes never late with payment - she has it taken out of her checking account). My mom called and complained after the 1st paper didnt come and the people said they would credited her account back (they only credited her account back .40 cents) - wtf!... she is going to be canceling her account (and stop having the paper delivered every sunday).
So for the past 4 weeks i have missed out on the coupons...This sucks...
