i appreciate all the trades made in the past.

THANKS!! 1|1|I would think for youth, the cards should be inexpensive, like .50 to a 1.00, as they will not have alot of money, to spend. Also when considering price, estimate, how many rounds, will be played that night, to see how much it would cost for each person, to play one or two cards, the whole night. Raffle prizes, Itune gift cards, movie passes, red box rentals, will add if I think of more. |dlpavitt|dlpavitt@att.net|20:11:38|02/20/2013|

If you are a HONEST trader, there is nothing to fear in having a feedback link. If you do not have one, please set one up, BEFORE contacting me for a trade. If you insist on not having a feedback link, please do not contact me to trade. Feedback links protect all of us, on RS. Thanks for understanding. since its for a good cause,I would think $5 would be a good price, I'd get the kids to go and ask any and all the businesses to donate gift certs. free gas, food, just anything also get people in the church to donate any new items they may have or something homemade is always good, you could put the items all out on a table and lets the winners have their choice or bring out 1 item at a time. maybe to make it last longer have a coverall in the middle and give a really good price for that if you get lots of items give some door prices. If not able to do that maybe sell cards for $5 each and give 1/2 in cash to winner of each game, I would also have food and sell it you can make lots of money selling snacks and drinks hth 4|1|OOPS! For 10 years I was Chairperson for a Hot Dog Bingo for a non-profit organization that provides recreational activities for those mentally and/or physically handicapped. EVERY year we cleared a minimum of $1,500, a couple of years it was over $2,000!

I wrote letters requesting donations. Did you know that colleges will provide t-shirts and sweatshirts? In all I mailed
around 200 letters each year and over 50% responded.

We sold tickets for $5.00 each and that included all the bingo games plus one hot dog and one soft drink. Each additional
hot dog and drink was $0.25 each. I got the hot dogs and beverage donated. I purchased the buns the day before the
event at our local Hostess bakery. We limited the tickets to 200 people.

We also sold raffle tickets for 3/$1.00 for anyone and 6/$5.00 for those 21 years and older. All the prizes donated
were divided into three groups. 1 - for bingo prizes, 1 - for the 3/$1.00 raffle and 1 - for the 6/$5.00 raffle.
Our event usually lasted from 1 - 5 and it sold out every year.

I hope this helps.

Thank You

Why not charge 1.00 per card as they do in the bingo halls years ago.
Then take a percentage for each winning game and of course divide that among
all who win in that game. Example lets say your playing 10 game. Now depending on your sales
before game starts you would put 50% aside for the reason your running this then the other 50%
you would divide the money into 10 games. Then let's say after you calculated your
money each game is worth 50.00 then if you have 10 winners they would get 5.00 each.
Then have the people who are helping you get this together all chip in and either make
a nice raffle basket or bake for a raffle.
