i can't belive that traders don't seem to email u and let u know they got your end of trade
i email everyone i trade with to let them know i thought this was common courtesy just to do this
anyone else having this problem ??? just needed to vent vickie

If I don't hear from those I mailed to I figure no news is good news It has never bothered me if I didn't get an email acknowledging my end received. I know for me, sometimes, my day flies by so fast (work, kids, PTA, school), I don't always have time to get back on the computer to alert a trader I've received my end. I try to, but sometimes I just don't have the time. If you are a HONEST trader, there is nothing to fear in having a feedback link. If you do not have one, please set one up, BEFORE contacting me for a trade. By the time I get a trade, days have past and I'm sure the trader has current ones going on. If I email and clog up her inbox, I figure it would distract from the ones she has that day. Especially with someone who trades a lot, like you Barb. I'd only email if it didn't show up after a week or so. 12|1|eek! I thought I was doing right by not sending emails, but leaving FB. I have left FB after every trade received, but figured traders dont need a bunch of trades received emails clogging their email box. This gives the other trader not only FB, but kind of a proof of an ended trade w/o having to save a bunch of emails. If I were to have a problem, Id then email the trader. Oh my...no wonder I havent received much FB even though I pp and mail promptly!

traders who do not put any kind of note/slip in the trade so I know WHO it is from. A lot of times they don't even put a return address or they use my address for the return address as well.

I leave Feedback for those that respond with their usernames (and that's only 50% of the traders), then it seems that only one person out of ten leave FB for me! To me it seems that it would only be curteous that if someone leaves it for you, then in return, leave something for them. Sure we may have a long list of FB, but it's nice to have current FB, too!
I'm guilty of not always sending an email to say a trade arrived, but then like above, I figure you are going to let me know if it DIDN'T arrive. If it's a slow week and I haven't had many trades, then more than likely I will let you know your end arrived, but then if I am answering posts left and right I may not email you right then and it gets put off till it's redundant. However, IF the username is available, I will always leave FB!

but i like to keep emails to look back on and have record in case there is a issue later i have all responses saved in a email
even though i record stuff on inex cards i can't email that back to trader per conversations we have had in emails oh well just my way of doing things
and yes in trade envy i ask them to plmk and when i tell them i got their envy i alwasy say plmk when u get mine vickie
