Ever since the FaceBook thing was added to the forums, it takes almost a full minute for the pages to finish loading for me. Also, when using the Back arrow button, it doesn't always go back on the 1st click - have to click 2-3 times sometimes. Only on this site. Very frustrating!
I relate it to FB cuz it shows something like "static.ak.facebook" when loading & when using the Back button.

This site is horrible to work with now.
I keep getting that "static.facebook" note and "rover e-bay" along with others.
I thought it was my computer at first but the tech said it was a problem with this website.
It is sooo slow to load. All I keep doing is looking at that hourglass. Ugh! Too much waiting.

I noticed the "rover.ebay" thing as well. Seems it just added to the already slow loading.

What browser are you using?
Do you have AOL?
Do you have high speed internet or dial up?
What forum are you on when you get a problem and what problem do you get.
Also, for all those who are not having any problems, let us know too. Facebook has been on the forums for 4 months now.

Browser I'm using is IE8.
I don't have/use AOL.
I'm using high speed internet.
Every forum I patronize has been very slow to finish loading (Refunding, Gen. Chat, Bargains, Coupons, Auctions, Stockpiles, Freebies, Swaps, Feedback) for a few mos. now. I too at 1st thought it was my computer. The page comes up quick enough but is unuseable to scroll to view posts til loading is finished. Usually shows "a.static.ak.facebook" before loading is finished, & on occasion it will show "downloading.... rover.ebay". When it has finally finished loading, only then am I able to scroll normally to view the posts.
When I go to the Feedback or Swaps forum, I get a "script error". I have so far not gotten this error on the other forums I listed.
ETA: Getting script errors reading the posts on the Feedback forum as well.
When I click on someone's post, it loads fast & fine, but when I click the Back arrow to go back to the forum, it doesn't always go back on the 1st or 2nd click. If I use the down arrow to select where I want to go back to, it shows 1 or 2 "static.facebook" in the listing so I have to bypass those in order to go back to the forum.
I recall that there is an "about.blank" thing that does this on some other sites, altho not on this one, & it too interferes w/using the Back arrow button.

I use IE8, do not use AOL and only happens on this site ~~Pages load very slowly when I click on any forum or use back button, also sometimes getting the static.ak.facebook at bottom when page is trying to load. Getting Windows IE script error says "Stop running this script? A script on this page is causing IE to run slowly. If it continues to run, your computer might become unresponsive. When I click yes to stop running script, I am then able to scroll down on the page. Hope this helps and the problem gets resolved soon because it's very annoying to use this site like this.

I am using my computer at work during the day, which I believe is MSN; and at night at home I am using AOL. I am getting the error on both computers on two different networks. The scripts are coming up here on Gen Chat and Swaps. The other forums are just sooo slow to move around on.

The problem occured only if you were using Internet Explorer 8, 7 or 6. We have it fixed now.
For those that use Internet Explorer 9 and Firefox you never seen a problem.
