They say they will NOT process any mailed returns prior to that day...so mailing before that day will not speed up anything.  And they still say electronic filing will get your refund to you faster.<P>HOWEVER, not all forms will be ready to be processed on Jan 30..some forms will not be ready till Feb or even March.
