One of the only dairy things you REALLY CAN NOT freeze. Defrosts runny with little clumps in it and can't be stirred back to a usable consistency. it was near exp date . i thawed it in fridge and it came out watery and chunky. i don't think that product freezes well either motelmaid Darlene SD
