It may be a issue with your IP provider. Sometimes they reject certain IP addy's. You might try opening a free gmail or yahoo account and change your email addy with those places. Usually you can log into your VS acct (or any outside acct) and change your address or email addy etc. See if that fixes it. If not, contact those companies and see if they have a issue on their end and then do the same with your internet provider. Sometimes they can fix the issue but not always but worth a shot trying those things I mentioned. Good luck!
