When we finally got our power back I went grocery shopping after work. I took the kids b/c hubby was working from home and the kids were getting rowdy so I took them.
we went to stop and shop. I used the scanner gun. So of course they want to use it. Fine. I'm with them the entire time.
Except..... I went to get some milk and left them alone with the scanner. I didn't think anything of it.
My bill was a little high but I was so stressed b/c I used the self check out and my coupons weren't scanning at all so the checker had to do them. And it took forever so when she gave me the total I paid so I could just get out.

So today, I am doing my refunds and checking to see if there is anything I can use from that receipt for a NBPN form. And I notice a bounty 15 roll item that's 16.98 on my receipt. OMG!
The kids couldn't have scanned a box of tissues???? no they had to scan the most expensive thing in the aisle. So now I'm stuck paying $15.98 for paper towels I don't even have!

No more shopping with the kids...ever!

return the towels? For $17, I would have almost flown back to the store for a refund...that's how fast I'd be moving. lol 2|2|I think she was saying she didn't 'get' the towels..|Skaytes|skaytez@gmail.com|06:28:29|11/10/2012|

that the kids just 'scanned' the towels and she got charged for it so there is nothing to return. We don't have those price guns around here..never seen them. Nice concept except for something like this happening of course...
