I know for me, the whole couponing/refunding thing has changed so much the last year or so (NOT for the good either!) that I just don't trade as much....the coupons are pitiful most of the time, the forms arent nearly so prolific.....
I have been spending less time on the computer in general.....crocheting more, doing other things....and when I come here and don't see many social posts for days on end, it's a wee bit depressing after all those years (over a decade!) of seeing the same friendly 'faces' here...
The times they are a changin'.....

The coupons here have been on the slim side for years so I know what you mean. But I've always thought it would be nice if the cents-off amounts on the coupons would adjust & increase a little bit in line w/the cost of living. Wishful thinking I guess.
Forms are starting to pick up again now for the Holidays, & maybe it's just me, but it seems like there are more smaller rebates than usual this year & not as many higher value. At least not yet. But maybe the higher value ones are just being slower than usual to show up. Forms here are usually more slim pickins than coupons.
I think this past year has been one filled w/changes for all of us - some good, some not so good. The weather has been unusual, health/medical concerns, life & family changes & then there's the economy that we're all apprehensive about. I love my friends here, the upcoming Holiday gatherings, the beauty of snow & Christmas lights, but I think we're probably all feeling like we'll be glad when this year comes to a close & we can begin anew. :)
