Hope I can explain it clearly....you get a big bowl or Halloween bag - and you get a bunch of little squares of paper and write things on them such as "whoever is wearing Black" ( or green, or orange, or brown or whatever or all of those!) and "whoever has sneakers on" "whoever has more than 4 letters in their first name" whoever has a brother" "whoever has a sister" "whoever is wearing earrings" - you get the idea...make up your own! Then everybody sits around on chairs in a big circle except for the person in the middle with the bowl of slips of paper. The point of the game is for everybody to move one seat to the right if they can answer YES to the "whoever" question that is drawn from the bowl and read out loud. If their answer is NO, they stay seated. This means that people will be sitting on other people's laps and sometimes they are 2 and 3 piled up! It can get funny when a mom has to sit on a little kids lap. The winner of the game is the person who makes it back to their original seat first - they get a prize! This is a staple game for every party in our family. I'm sure you can think of some outlandish questions and/or Halloweenish ones :)

You could cut a big orange pumpkin out of posterboard along with a nice brown stem with tape on the back.... and bobbing for apples of course! Also a good game if all the party people are old enough to write, is passing out paper and pencils and then you spread out a selection of Fall/Halloween type items on a tray and pass it around quickly and tell everybody to try to remember as many as they can. Take it away out of sight and give them 2 minutes (or so) to write down as many as they can. The winner gets a prize and the person with the least amount gets a booby prize :)

why don't you play the baby shower game where they melt the candy in the diaper and you try to guess what type of candy it is. you can call it something like kid eat to much trick or treat candy. or who loss their bag or candy and the baby found it.

relay races are fun just use 2 sets of the same stuff. like masks and hats glasses costumes and have them put it all on then take it all off and pass to next on line or sitting next too. prizes for winning team.
have fun
