Well we just didn't get to meet him. We had dinner with him. I wish we could post pictures here. Cause I would show you =) We had a blast with him! Such sweet gently loving man! He gave us his signed book of his life. It is just super sad I even had to put down the book a few times because I couldn't go on reading it =(
but all the thing he went through you would think he be a col harder person, nope just the opposite. I am so glad I got to chance to meet him. He was my mom's favorite person before she passed away in 2008. I knew she was smiling down on me when my daughter and I was having dinner with him.
He mentors kids, he has his own sporting event transportation, but most of all he loves helping children. He is also running for Indiana Governor... My mom even said that man will be somebody some day.. I guess my mom was always right =)
