I havent posted here in forever but hoping someone can help me. I received an email this morning from Paypal saying they limited my PP acct and I can no longer send or receive money. At first I thought it was a phishing scam but when I logged into my PP acct, its the real thing. I dont sell anything but I do buy using my PP. I just paid for coupons using my PP acct on Tuesday. Thats basically the only reason I use PP is for coupons. Has this happened to anyone else and is there anything I can do to fix it? Thanks, Cindy


Editing this to say..... I went into my PP acct again. Paypal opened a "complaint" against the couponer I bought from. It says they are waiting a response from the seller. I dont understand why this is happening. I paid for the coupons via PP. The seller sent me the email informing me the coupons have been shipped. So why would PP open a complaint against the seller?
