I did not ask her to email you about our trade. It was done before I knew about it.
But you do know that you did me wrong. You did not list any states on your post
since Lindeman's don't normally list states. After I contacted you then you edited it
and listed OH only.
You and I both know what you did was wrong and if you don't want any more trades from
me and some other people let it die. I am sick of this already. If you can live with
yourself I can too.

I thought: there has to be more to it than that....
I thought: I'd like to hear why the person thought there should be a refund (maybe there was a compelling reason?) AND why didnt' the poster mention the reason given her for requesting a refund... She only mentioned that it's been a year... which seems like incomplete, biased information. I do not know either party...
So I really just wanted to say: When asked a seemingly simple question, BEWARE--- there is probably more to it... As someone else said, this is not a simple yes or no question because the question was not phrased in a way to convey all the facts...
the person who got the lim area forms without being told they would be lim area is not asking for a refund. If I were her, I'd be mad too...
Possibly the form seller is having some pangs of guilt (?) or is feeling judged and her motive might be to get people here to agree that she did the right thing in not giving a refund-- but she is trying to accomplish that by only giving her side of the story and leaving out vital info....

When I ordered these forms she had not posted they were good only in OH.
She edited her post later after I sent this email.

I posted them with all the information. We trade occasionally and I don't want hard feeling but, I really don't want to
start taking back form. I'm asked this at least once a week and I wish I could help everyone out.

I think Daisy should have taken the forms back and refunded Kloset's money. According to what Kloset said, the forms were only valid in Ohio and originally the seller stated that they were valid in the USA. Refunding the money was the only fair thing to do.
The trade should have been made right a long ago but according to what I read, Daisy refused.
It is never too late to make good on a bad trade.

That is why a fee is paid for her service....to try to resolve matters like this.
It doesn't matter when the trade occured. Sometimes these things go on and on when people don't respond to e-mails. The passing of time does not make a dispute go away.
