1|1|I just boil it until somewhat soft, cut in half, long ways, then use a fork to scoop out the spaghetti like squash. Scrape out seeds with a spoon.  Put in a glass dish cut side down.  Add a little water water and cover with plastic wrap.  I poke just a few tiny holes in the plastic wrap as to not "blow" it off if to much steam builds.<P>I nuke till it presses soft on the skin side.<P>Cool slightly and scrape out with forks.<P>We eat ours in the place of the pasta with tomato meat sauce and lots of yummy parm cheese.<P><P>Jennifer in North Carolina...the Tar Heel State<BR>
