Yes Everyone..It's almost time. I've already started getting emails about this... So thought
I'd post some info.
For the last several years, I've been putting together the "Christmas Kids Auction". I will have
2 or 3 auctions, one starting October 1st running till Oct. 10th...and the money from these will help buy and
send presents to our family and friends on here. I will post Christmas kid signups next month.
For those that don't know about this...we have "angels" that try to help out with Christmas. We try to send the
kids a few gifts for christmas to help out. I always try to spend $20 per kid..sometimes it's more..sometimes it's less.
It's whatever we can do for the kids. Holidays are tough...and we just try to help out each other.
With these auctions...WE hope that everyone can add something....If you add something it is your responsibility to
send that item out within 5 days. So please be ready to ship once the auction is done. If you are sending
paypal..please do so as soon as possible.. AND PLEASE if you add something please stick to it. We don't want any disappointments.
Besides the Auction, I also post for ANGELS to directly send to the kids. If you want to be an angel..you contact me,
tell me how many kids, what age, etc...and I give you their name/names and you send directly to them.
I do not give out or post names of the kids, usernames etc. sometimes, it's hard to ask for help, and I know some don't want it
posted. So when I have signups, I try my best to keep the info to myself and just the angels that are helping each kid.
I will post I have 3 teen girls, 1 boy age 5, etc..and if it's one of those ages you can help with..then I give out the info etc
from there. I have a questionnaire that I send out for the parent to fill out so I have most of the info needed for each kid.
For Christmas kid signups...YOU Must be an active current member. That means, You must be active/current as of July 2012. Each year,
I have people popping in signing up that I've never seen before, etc. We are here to help Active/Current members. If you are
on the bad traders list, have negative feedback, we wont help. We cannot help with nieces, nephews etc. It's hard enough just
helping out with our own kids..so please understand we do the best we can. AND please don't sign up unless you truly need help.
AND WE cannot provide the complete christmas...we are just trying to HELP each kid have an extra present or two. AND if your child is
on another list for help somewhere else..please stick to just one board.
