1|1|It is a pain to peel so you can cut it in half, scrape the seeds out and just bake it with some brown sugar , butter and cinnamon on it. If you peel it, you can cube it, and then boil it, smash it up when it is soft and then add some butter and brown sugar to it|suezz|clearys@comcast.net|18:24:11|09/13/2012|

Toss the pieces with some olive oil, lay in single layer on backing sheet, salt and pepper. Roast until soft, in the middle, and golden brown on the edges. 20 to 25 minutes. |dlpavitt|dlpavitt@att.net|18:26:46|09/13/2012|

5|1|How about an interesting recipe for Acorn Squash, that is my favorite and I am tired of cooking it the same old way|lv2qpon|jcummins1@rochester.rr.com|15:56:41|09/14/2012|

by baking it first in the oven, then finish off in the microwave. I cook it in the oven whole for only 15 minutes so I can slice it in half as it is so hard to cut. 6|2|Thanks for all the response will try them out|qponlady|qponlady@ptd.net|16:19:40|09/14/2012|
