Hi Everyone,
I would like to
know if anyone has a recipes for Butternut Squash.
My landlady gave me some but not sure how to make it.

1|1|It is a pain to peel so you can cut it in half, scrape the seeds out and just bake it with some brown sugar , butter and cinnamon on it. 2|2|Roast it, by peeling and seeding, and cutting into one inch pieaces. Toss the pieces with some olive oil, lay in single layer on backing sheet, salt and pepper. Roast until soft, in the middle, and golden brown on the edges. 20 to 25 minutes. |dlpavitt|dlpavitt@att.net|18:26:46|09/13/2012|
