I am a food service worker in a school district. Been working there many years and now the tasks we are required to do never seem to end. I would like to compare my tasks to yours. We follow the USDA rules in order to get money back per reimbursable meals. Would like to see one of these people do what we are expected to do in the allotted time we get. Hope some o f you can help me out. Barbara 1|1|While I do not work in a public school, I am a foodservice professional, that works for a private boarding school. We serve 2,000 meals per day. I have been in some form of food service, for 27yrs. It seems to me also, there are more and more expected of us, as food restrictions, sanitation, stantards, and the ever growing allergy issues increase. Not really sure if that is any help, but know you are not alone.|dlpavitt|dlpavitt@att.net|19:08:30|09/08/2012|

If you are a HONEST trader, there is nothing to fear in having a feedback link. If you do not have one, please set one up, BEFORE contacting me for a trade. If you insist on not having a feedback link, please do not contact me to trade. Feedback links protect all of us, on RS. Thanks for understanding. Hey Barbara,
My mom worked for many years in the system here in NC before retiring a few years ago. She was in the same bind, they only had a few hours to get so much done. I often feel she is an angel in disguise (for other reasons, one of them being she IS my mom :) ), but she actually used to go in an hour or so early off the clock and stay 1 - 1 1/2 hours late off the clock to get everything done since she was asst. manager. I always thought that was just wrong, but she did what she felt she had to do. I hate to know that it's spreading everywhere, I thought it was just here.
