i can't even begin to imagine how you might feel. We hear all these stories how people get their loans lowered and their rates reduced, i wonder why some people get that and some not.

and they won't let us. Even our bank won't deal w/ them. So I rec'd a call from Hope For Homes and see what they can do about lowering our interest. I hope it's not another run around.

For 2 years we've been fighting with Bank of America trying to get them to lower our
interest. We've gone through the govenrment program and they even told them that we
could not afford to continue the payments. It got to the point I said the hell with it.
I went to my mayors office and our governor sent a letter to them which only extended
more time of keeping us in the house.
I finally gave up. I figure well the bank doesn't want to work with me they can have the
house. So, I began looking for a place to rent. Which I'm happy to say it was the best
move I made. I finally just heard from Bank of America that now we can either go for a short
sale or sign the deed over to them . And that is exactly what I attend to do. Sign it over to
them. Bank of America has been the worst bank to deal with everyone who has either lost there
house or is about to go into foreclosure has Bank of America.
Just had to voice my opinion on this. Sorry you had to go through this. My heart goes out to
you and anyone else dealing with them.

I have wells fargo and they are not very nice they keep saying they will redo my mortgage and they keep loosing the papers and I have to start all over again. Each time I get a new worker. Wells fargo is a collection agency and been in the news several time this year. I am 2 payments behind and everytime I put money on the mortgage they hold it and charge me a late fee. They are very nasty to older people and many times when you call you can not understand them. The call center is in another country. Just got letter yesterday that they figured my escrow wrong and so my payment will go down. They sure do not keep there books very good.
I am sorry to hear that they forclosed on you, and hope they will at least give you time to find a place, you may need to get a lawyer as they may try to get the rest of the money you own them and may try taking you to court to garnish any money you have.

We got foreclosed on 3 years ago. We also went through bankruptcy. Awful, just awful.
We have been credit card free and have paid all our bills on time so, since this month it has been 3 years, we can apply for a home loan. Guess what? Prices are going up. Unbelievable. Who's buying houses? I still know of people losing their homes. Where is all this 'inventory'? Not here, that's for sure.
