One of these days it has to get better! I'm tired of denied claims all for stupid reasons that make no sense. I think the insurance companies purposely enter wrong information so that they can deny claims in hopes that people won't read the mail they get and forget about it! No one could make mistakes that many times by accident, when it happens all the time, it's policy, not accidental... I'm no fool! I just had to call because they declined a claim for a doctor obviously on their plan! I called them and provided them with his Participating care provider number right off their website! DUH!
I've had claims that weren't paid because they were never received... but yet I mailed all of them in the same envelope and one of them was done! REALLY???? I had a friend mail that mailed hers in a seperate envelope for herself on the same day... and funny... hers was never received either!
UGH! I could scream! If they want less medical bills from me... then they should stop causing me a ton of stress! to set up a day for delivery on my insulin but they never left a message when we finally get it worked out the insurance company said I had to pay as it had went into the new year lol Then this insurance company approved 13 shots for my eyes after the DR explained how I need them great right? Noooo everytime I get one they deny it till the Dr's office sends them a copy of their own letter saying they approved 13 shots lol lol 3|1|thank you ladies. I know I am not alone. I did get my matter settled FINALLY yesterday. But it took phone hockey most of the day. It is so frustrating, to have to spend that much time on the phone.
