I've had to audit some displays at Home Depot and Lowes stores this week for work.
Couldn't help but notice the yellow tag items as I walked through these stores.
I've spotted many items in the tool section at both stores for some great prices. If you have a handy man or handy woman on your Christmas list, birthday list or just because list you may want to check your stores.
Several Screw and drill sets. I picked up an 82 piece Ryobi set at HD for just under $5...regular price was $20 for just the screw driver bits and not the additional drill bit set which was another $10. So $30 value of stuff...it's a nice set, each with their own case. Below are links to what they look like seperate (what I got was a special bonus package with them together)
Here is what the bit set looks like

and here is the drill bit set

HD also had WorkForce sets for as low as 1.32 for a nice small set of bits.
Lowes had bins of screw drivers, tape measures, knives, wrenches, etc. (from a Fathers Day display) marked $.50 each.
There were so may other deals in tools...to many for me to remember. So if you need this type of gift for anyone on your list...now's a good time to go check your store(s).
