I took my youngest to her swim lesson. It was really hot and all they had was some bleachers set under one of those temporary shade structures. I was stepping up the bleachers and didn't notice the metal supports came together low at the center of the structure and BAM! Conked it pretty good. Almost knocked me out. I made it though the lesson and the short drive home but felt pretty bad the rest of the day. Hubby came home to check me out and watch me sleep. Am better now (9:30pm) but man I thought I was gonna need to go in for a CAT scan. My head, neck and back were aching so bad. Gonna take some more tylanol and go to bed.
Glad I'm not dead!

and yes, its a concussion. At this point Dr doesn'[t think I actually cracked the skull but I'll be laid up for 3 weeks. I got some medicine for pain and
just been told to take it really easy-no driving, exercisisng, limited tv and computer. Jumping on the computer for a minute while I have *a little bit* of energy..then back to resting.
