Since negative feedback can no longer be left for Ebay buyers I am reporting her here for those who sell coupons and BTFE on Ebay...... beware of this buyer!

She purchased some btfe from me on 5/31/12, I mailed on 6/1/12 the envie was returned to me by her po for insufficicent addy (taken directly from paypl) on 6/12 and rcvd by me on 6/15/12. I had to email her 3 times to get the correct address and asked for a re-shipping cost of .45 which as of today she has refused to pay. (mind you the orIginal auction was indeed for free shipping, but NOT free RESHIPPING) I remailed on 6/18/12 and she rcvd on 6/21/12. She has been reported to Ebay and appropriate feedback has been left.

Talked to Ebay this evening they are putting in an address investigation. But even if they and paypal deem that she must include her po box # in her address on pp she will not have to pay the reshipping she owes me she will merely receive notification of how to update her address correctly and a warning on her account. Total BS in my opinion. She had the power, at the time, to totally destroy my 13 year old Ebay account with negative feedback if I had not resent immediately, but I have no recourse when provided with an insufficient address? What? *shakes head* Whatever Ebay, that is NOT fair. On a good note, she can not leave me negative feedback as this auction has been flagged, and if she does they will immediately remove it since I did ship within the shipping time line posted in the original auction and reshipped within a timely manner. So I guess the case is closed, at least on my end, it's not fair but what can I do? Drive to Tilden, TX and punch her in the nose? lol I WISH! ;) I have added her to my blocked list so she can't bid on anymore of my auctions and she has been reported on many coupon boards so others will know to beware of her. I have been selling about 5 years. That is my experience. Some time you just have to charlk it up and pay to resend, etc. It happens. Be thankful it wasn't more than 45 cents :) And yes just when you think the feedback is going good you will get hit with a negative. It happens! Trust me! It is impossible to keep positive feedback all the time. I have had a bad experience where I sold multiple items to someone. Asked about combined shipping and I told her what my policy was. She said she did not like my policy. Then proceeded to buy 10 items any way. Paid as invoiced with ebay with my shipping discount on the invoice. She left me positive feedback but low starts on shipping and handling. This has haunted me for about 9 months now. It puts me below the percentage of acceptance. Ebay holds my paypal funds until I print a shipping label, etc. I have tried numerous times to get it corrected and thought for a while it was but it is not. My only hope is that in 1 year they will not be looked at. Not trying to make light of your situation, just saying it happens! 5|2|not sure what you mean Sandy ... And yes, it is about a 45 cents stamp considering the auction went for 1.60 with free shipping and pp took .35 in fees I used a .45 stamp to mail the 1st time and then another .45 one to remail plus whatever the selling fee is going to be when they calculate it for me to pay. So you see, it IS a big deal. I wasn't coming here complaining... I was merely warning other Ebay sellers of coupons and BTFE of this particular buyer. As it turns out Ebay is siding with her, so be it. At least she can't leave me bad feedback... I did everything correctly as per a trade on a coupon board...... however I totally messed up as far as Ebay is concerned. Live and learn!

also most of my auction tend to go to one or two people (i list multiples at a time) so the fees are normally not that high either. This woman won one auction ad the fee was based on a minimum, whereas the other guy who won 2, those fees totaled .35 same as the woman who won 1. I normally average .12 - .20 cents per btfe that is why i ship for free on ebay. :)
edited to add: Also trading here does not keep my Ebay account up to date, I like to keep current feedback on my account. :)
