what are you picking and what are you making?

Here, spinach is about done, made a spinach and onion quiche http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=308291 this morning.

Picking raspberries every morning, making jam, and raspberry white chocolate muffins http://www.allwhiteseggwhites.com/recipes/recipeView.cfm?RecipeID=0030e.

Getting a few beans, they did not come in as full as I would have liked and having a time getting new ones to germinate. Still picking pea pods, and zucchini and yellow squash are starting. Making stir frys for dinner with all the fresh veggies. Should have some grape tomato soon.

Been very hot here and short fall of rain.

SOMETIMES SHREDDED CARROT
*ONLY CANNED ITEM ADD IS MUSHROOMS!!
SAUTE UNTIL SPINACH IS COOKED, APPROX 10 MIN

BOIL YOUR LASAGNA NOODLES

TAKE EACH NOODLE AND SPREAD VEGE FILLING.
SPRINKLE ON 6 CHEESE SHRED MIX. KRAFT CALLS IT "ITALIAN CHEESE BLEND"
ROLL INDIVIDUALLY (OR LAYER AS YOU'D NORMALLY MAKE LASAGNA)

I LINE A PAN W/NO STICK FOIL. POUR A LITTLE SAUCE IN PAN. SET ROLLS IN PAN, THEN EITHER POUR HOMEMADE ALFREDO SAUCE OR JARRED. YOU CHOOSE!!!
SPRINKLE MORE SHREDDED CHEESE ON TOP AND BAKE UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED, APPROX 30 MIN.

OMG, SO DELISH!!! NOT FOR THOSE COUNTING CALORIES DUE TO ALL THE CHEESE!!!

this is the first year I will get a good crop. My apple trees have slowly died over the years, so now I have half a tree with just a few apples in it. I do miss them and am kicking myself for not putting new ones in.
