85 . "Post #6 (by me) isn't an attack. It is factual information and yes, a warning that there IS a growing number of posters that are complaining they have to double pay you. This isn't the first time it is mentioned that you tell someone their trade isn't received and to pay you again. Once, twice, a YEAR maybe.....weekly? monthly? from reputable traders? That isn't an attack that is making sure that traders are properly informed before they trade."

1|1|Here are THREE separate traders that are AMAZING good, long standing traders that had envelopes "not make it" to you. In the last 2 months. I don't have time to spend looking up more....I do have a complaint email saved too. ALL THREE of the posts below are about Smiles/Betty Green "not receiving" payments and re-requesting payments. I had a problem a couple of weeks ago when I attempted to place another order for coupons, I was told they hadn't gotten my last payment...I had no way of knowing that my payment hadn't arrived as I normally give 5 days for my payment to reach them and 5 days for the coupons to reach me so we were still in that time frame...so I offered to resend payment but the coupons had already been reposted (granted I don't trade with this person if I need coupons for a sale) It is frustrating as up until the new year I had traded with them and they mailed when I did (and I am talking about large trades, $30.00 +)and the 1st of the year that changed without any notice, but it wasn't due to me as they hold ALL trades now(I think) anyways, it is sad we can't trust everybody...."

I did a trade for 36 gain coupons..
I sent $2 for the trade cash.
First env. got lost I guess. It didn't make it there.
So I figure things happen...So I send $2 again.
I email her when the coupons didn't show up the first time.
Said she didn't receive my end. So I resent it on 4/26
Got the env. today with 4 stamps and a note
Trade date 4/17
held till 5/1/12
received env. 5/3/12
Returned $2 less $.45 postage.
She sent stamps...I sent cash...shouldn't she send cash back?

PLEASE LET US NOT FORGET YOUR OWN WORDS!!! "(New Policy 1/1/12, YTD 6/20/12: 538 traders sent their envies, 32 traders never did)." YOU yourself claim that 6% off all trades "don't make it" to you. Either your PO has issues, you have bad trading records, or you are lying. It is simple. How to fix it? well, either take it up with your post office, accept pp so there is record of payment, keep better records, or reconsider your ethics (IF you are lying)
