o She has chemo and radiation 5 days a week, and has a port for chemo and a feeding tube also, but so far she has been able to eat food. We are involved in 2 fund raiser for her and 2 seperate locations (bars) and the first one will be held July 14th and the second one will be August 4th. I am doing ok, just trying to get help from the state so hopefully my eye sight can be fixed, I just got a letter today from ssi saying I was denied as they feel I will not be blind for over 12 months and I am in the process of appealing their decision. Other than that I am doing ok, and just trying to live a normal life as much as possible. Thank-you for caring and asking about us both, you are a great friend and I love you!

I'm glad to hear that she's able to eat food, chemo is so rough on a person :( I will continue to pray for her and I hope the fundraisers will do well. I hope that you can get SSI and medicaid so that you can get your eyes done, it's so hard, I totally understand, I've tried to get medicaid in the past and they turned me down, but am gonna try again.
