If you really want to lose weight, eat good fats (butter, grass-fed meats, seafood, raw whole milk/cream, organic olive oil, organic coconut oil, bacon fat, palm oil, etc.), vegetables, leafy greens, berries, nuts/seeds - NO Grains/Sugar (main reason why we have high obesity rates/diabetes, cancer, etc., because most Americans consume too much processed grains, sugary products, including soft drinks which are nutrient deficient and empty calories!). I drink mostly fresh brewed iced tea using stevia/xylitol. HTH, Sharon:) 2|2|I read a review on it saying it's just snake oil..|noway|mizzbishop@gmail.com|06:10:51|06/10/2012|

I wouldn't waste the time or money. Sharon speaks true, a clean diet is what makes you lose weight. It's all those frankenfoods, pumped full of chemicals and junk that makes our society so unhealthy. Just get back to basics. Buy eggs, chicken breasts, greek yogurt, coconut oil, brown rice and quinoa, beans, oats, fruits and veggies...challenge yourself to buy only foods with five ingredients or less. Go to the library and check out a book by Tosca Reno, one of her Eating Clean books, or buy a Clean Eating magazine at the store.
