How can you tell if wallpaper border is 'prepastd' or not? Is there an obvious way to tell? The roll I have wasn't in original package. I just cut off a 4" wide piece, dipped it in tap water in the kitchen sink, and tried to see if it would stick to cardboard...it didn't so am wondering if it is n-o-t prepasted.

Anyone? Post. Thanks!

P.S. I don't want it to be prepasted so I can use it in a crafty way. LOL 1|1|RE: wallpaper border...........prepasted or not.|SandyC|sacoates1@msn.com|12:27:04|06/03/2012|

if it had paste on it, it would have stuck to something. the backing feels tacky after you wet it
