Walmart sells them from $15 to $20 and there really isn't any need to spend any more for it.
They work awesome and even work on pet hair ( DS's room mate had a dog.)

and despite the fact that I hate their upright vacs, this little guy has been super awesome and does a really good job and cleaning. It was even refurbished and it still works perfectly.
That link shows you what I'm talking about, but unfortunately it seems that they're out of stock right now on the o. But super cheap for what you get. I recommend totally!
