First, please I am so sorry for being behind on birthday greetings, graduations, comfort messages etc. I am always thinking of all my dear friends here.
I left work in October and went back 5 nights a week in March. In Feb, I worked a few days here and there to get myself started. I never filed for disability, i know, stupid,stupid, stupid but things were just so messed up and I was in so much pain. I thought I would pay him back but my boss said he would pay for my health insurance himself. So, in March, it is time to get a new policy and the insurance company puts him thru the ropes and say I should never have had insurance (eventhough he paid) while I was out and so until July 1 I am on cobra! This pays for just about nothing and I cannot get any of the tests or services I need. I have gone thru 2 months and only have 1 more month but I am back to the HUGE pain again and having a heck of a time working. I am using a cane when I go out and definitely to get up and out of the car but clearly, I cannot use it at work. LOL, would be a little crazy to try and take someone's food order with a cane. Most nights I go from work right to bed. In the am, I take DH to work, come back and lie down until it is time for me to go. I am not complaining, just telling you what's up with me. Tonight was a good night, so I am still up.

2|1|Cathie...... :( You just can't catch a break.....good thoughts and prayers that it all works out for you...I don't understand COBRA stuff, I've never had to take it between jobs, so I'm no help there...are you still not smoking??
