I'd usually get an OK packet with a couple samples and some decent coupons. The last one I did they sent me only 4 coupons with a bunch of junk ads. They weren't even good coupons, they were the same value that was in the Sunday paper so I probably won't waste my time with them again. Other people might have had better experiences.
