This test is not supposed to be an easy one.
The website reports that avg. score was 49% and college professors average about 55%.
There are only 33 Questions.

They are matched against assets (think it as a mortgage on your house). Profits are what you make minus expenses whuch includes interest on debt.
Once debt is paid off the assets goes down by equal amount. Assets include value of property, debts owed to you and inventory.

They are wrong on the federal reserve question.

their answer: Buy sell federal securities.
That is one of the duties of the federal reserve, not a policy.
Their most powerful policy is the control is the SHORT TERM INTEREST rate. Long term rates are set by the market place in form of bids. Those of us who follows the market are always interested in what the Chairman has to say about the interet rate each month.

Selling off of property does not necessary mean lost of profits. For instance if the property is losing money, selling it will bring in more money to invest, provides you are selling it for mor than your debt on itor you are losing more than its worth. Also sale of property means reduction of debt(mortgae on it) also no more interest on loan. In fact sometimes a company would jack up its earning by selling off some property.
I play the maret and do keep track of some of these.
Even if the property is making money, the buyer may be making a very high price offer ,a price you can not refuse. The extra mioney can be reinvested in other things.
