my question is person would hold coupons until get their trade then mail end of trade. why we have feedback here so anyone who can check their or our feedback no matter what.
i do not understand why why hold until get their trade first then mail. that is not way people do for trade ethic.
feedback set up about here since 5 or 10 years ago. i do not know when feedback set here after traders here complain or warn us to watch out for bad trades which it never show top. i should say thank you to owner of refundsweepers for set up our feedback here so anyone can check our or your feedback if we feel trust or not trade.
i am glad that feedback were set up here to avoid or prevent our lost or paypal or money or stamp what ever .
i see bottom of wish list said it all.
my question for you all that feedback is set here already and do not care about our feedback no matter what so still hold trade until receive end of trade. is it fair?
i do not understand why after all we do have feedback here. i understand that mail can be lost or mistake address!
i am not bash you all and i have no problem with you all. i just want to hear about your opinion,

1|1|You lost me....but I will say that I have been trading coupons on the net since 2001...and in all 11 years it was bad trading practice to hold a trade....UNLESS the person was brand new and had no feedback. i agree with you if brand new trader, hold end of trade until get mail first.

7|1|I agree with Barb...I've been here 13 yrs with not a single bad trade on my part, ever....if someone who has been here a 'couple' years (or certainly significantly less time than I have been here) thinks they are going to hold until they recieve my end, I will not trade with them. Having said that, I mostly send PP for coupons or forms I trade for....occassionally I send cc or stamps, or even trade for other items (BTFE, etc)....VERY occassionally I have agreed to send a SASE if I was not in a hurry for the coupons. But what really chaps my hide is when someone holds, pretends they will mail at the same time you do, then you get the envie only to see it is PM'd 5 days or so after you mailed....too coincidential for me. It is pretty obvious they held until they had my end first. Without disclosing their practice to me in our trade emails. And then will play dumb when I question it. And that gets them on my personal 'do not trade' list.

I traded with a newbie recently for just a few forms and I "assumed" that we were both sending our trades out at the same time - imagine my surprise about a week later when I finally received her end and she had written a note on the back of MY TRADE SLIP - I have over 275 positive feedbacks on here - she had NONE. She is now on my DO NOT TRADE LIST.
PS - I try to give newbies the benefit of the doubt and will trade with no feedback if it is for a little trade - everybody needs to start somewhere.

I had posted some actuals on a board I hadn't done much trading on before. I did offer to send feedback links/references in my post. I had one person want to buy a bunch of stuff and she'd send me the payment once the items were received since I was new. Um, no thanks. Since I mailed immediately, I figured the person mailed when mine was received. Unless you check the post mark, that is easy to get away with since nobody really starts to get antsy until a week passes. I always give my screen name so my feedback is available.....so that just annoys me.

If you are a HONEST trader, there is nothing to fear in having a feedback link. If you do not have one, please set one up, BEFORE contacting me for a trade. that happens from time from time and this trader I've traded with before. I normally mail my end of trade the following day unless I get held up which will definately go out on 2nd day. However, this one trader I finally got her end 6 days later noticing it was p/m 4 days after trade was finalized, so I have a feeling she waited for my end first. Plus, since I don't do paypal, asked for c.c./stamps but she sent a check instead. She wasn't upfront about sending check and mailing trade 4 days later and told her I don't work that way when mailing out trades. To me, that's not being very trustworthy. Its a record of payment, no I did not get its. A person can be procsecuted for writing a bad check 18|4|A person can get charged from their bank for processing the bad check, potentially overdraw their account if they are counting on the $$ from the check etc....It is unwise to take checks randomly from strangers. I am sorry about this, but I make notes that I misplace and sometimes have an envelope in my purse that I find after a bit... I'm trying really hard with this.
