i saw these at walmart and was wondering how they really work and if they are hard to insert? they have to make a mess coming out lol any advice?

o When you try to call the hotline to complain no one answers the phone! I think they made the cup too big, as it does not stay behind the cervix, like it is suppose to,the cup is too big to have a snug fit and will not fit in front of the cervix by the bone as they state ,therefore making it slide forward and out of placement.
