One of my good friends decided to help his really good friend (said they were like brothers) and loaned him from his credit cards $60,000. (I'm not sure what exactly for) and the friend at 1st started paying him back but has now stopped. And the 'friend' now has moved half way across the U.S. and my friend thinks he's not going to get paid back at all. Is there anything he can legally do to his 'friend'? Or is he just out of luck?! TIA!!!!! 1|1|Verbal contracts are legal if they didnt have anything in writing....but he may have to file a law suit to get his money back....a 'loan' on a credit card like that will cost a fortune with the interest, so if he sues, he needs to include the interest...other than that, I don't know what else he could do since the loan was on his credit card.|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|16:11:11|05/22/2012|

" You'll get what's coming to you ... Unless it was mailed."
