Got 1 more batch yet to make this morning & I'm calling good enough. It's a Norwegian sweet pudding & people eat it like crazy here. LOL It'll go w/the lunch our church circle serves today at the Old Time Music Show which kicks off our town's Syttende Mai celebration this weekend.
1 batch fills not quite half of a 1 gal. ice cream pail (before they too shrunk in size), & I had 3 ice cream pails to fill.
Got the 1st batch done yesterday & my neighbor asked for some. Got the 5th batch done last night & then my son ate 2 bowls of it. I'm running low before I even leave the house w/it today. ROFL!!

You eat it warm (some will eat it cold, but not my preference) w/a pat of butter, cinnamon, sugar & a bit of milk. Hits the spot on a cold winter night but during Syttende Mai, people go nuts for it no matter what the temp. Supposed to get to 85° here today & the Rommegrot will still be in "hot" demand. LOL
