if you sign up for paypal do you have to pay fees thru ebay

THANKS!! 1|1|When I signed up in order to use pp you had to attach it to your bank or credit card to send payment. That takes a few days....so, unless you can wait that long it is moot. There is no fee for a personal account. IF you are buying from someone and want to be able to have paypal guarantee (you probably do in your case) you have to send as for a payment. there are fees for that....many send the fees to the seller.
