...for all the thoughts and prayers ladies (especially Donna for starting this thread) myself and my family appreciates it!!
I arrived safe and sound tonight in Ohio after a 10 hour drive by myself as my young children need to stay home and go to school(and play baseball--LOL!!). I want them to remember her as she was when they saw her last.
My mother has been battling Ovarian Cancer and just recently a brain hemorrage. Once that happened everything was stopped to help in her battle against the cancer. She is now resting in a beautiful Hospice House in Euclid, Ohio which sits on the lake. It is an amazing and beautiful place. I just wish my mom was able to see how beautiful of a place it is!!
I think the end is near for her and I am glad that I am here with her.

My mother passed away yesterday afternoon. She fought long and hard and suffered greatly. She is now at peace and in no more pain.
I was lucky to have had her in my life for as long as I did. She was an amazing mother who would do anything for you. She was my friend as well and was always there to encourage me in my life's journey. I was lucky to have been there with her in the end and she knew we were all there with her-my 2 sisters, my brother, and my father. She lived an amazing life along side my father for 48 1/2 years and they were able to travel the country and the world which was her all-time favorite thing to do!!
I ask if you would please pray for my father especially as it is extremely hard on him that he has lost his life partner and best friend.
I also wanted to thank all of you for the wonderful thoughts and prayers--it has meant the world to me!!
