So we have a new head honcho in our State Office...and he was down yesterday at my work.....He's looking to "fix" our office LOL......please if he ONLY knew.
Instead, I focused on MY work productivity, my job and how much more of OTHER, high grade jobs that I've HAD to take on because two of the others simply can't or won't do their work.......
He visited my office, looked through my files, my calendar and all the work I've been doing and was SHOCKED at my grade level....he said we need to fix this....by either making sure I am ONLY doing grade appropriate work or revising my job with a higher grade title.......
You know I don't mind my grade, but I shouldn't be doing higher grade work and not getting the recognized pay grade....It's NOT right or fair and I feel a great sense of relief finally telling my State Office. 1|1|good for you. They would never know what you are doing if you dont say something. Meanwhile the other people are getting credit your hard work. I hope you do get an increase. sounds like you earned it
