Real close lightning strikes, thunder so loud it woke Sariah up...I felt so bad, I went to check on her and she was whimpering cause she was scared. Fortunately she'd only been awake for a minute.
We had thunder two nights ago that was unbelievable. The storm was moving out of the area, but this one thunder went for at least a minute, if not more. And even though it wasn't super loud, it made our windows shake!
Our lawn looks like a jungle! Praying the mower comes home today!

I don't know if I can really call it a storm, per se, but a couple night ago, we got a good rain & lightning. Lots of lightning flashing & there were some big & nasty flashes w/bolts so didn't qualify as storm-less heat lightning.... But there was no thunder w/it. How weird is that? LOL
ETA: We've been having storms off & on for the last few days, & there's a chance of rain &/or t-storms for the next few days. :( My son mowed lawn just 3 days ago & it doesn't even look like it already. Crazy!

If your yard looks bad after three days, imagine what my yard looks like since it hasn't even been mowed yet this year! The repair shop said hopefully it will be done today, I'm sure praying it is!
