I ordered one of his ".99 envelopes". It arrived with a stamp from HIS OWN POST OFFICE "received empty Raleigh P&DC"
On the back is a large capital lettered stamp "UNSEALED". The envelope was empty....just a flat orange empty envelope.
I asked for my .99 back in emails and this was his response:
"I am sorry. I have never come across this before. I cannot be blamed for the mail. The mail is not something I can control. I have to think about this, but I think I would only be able to refund 55 cents because It wasn't my fault someone got in to your mailbox and stole your mail."
UMMMMMM?!?!?! NO ONE got in MY mailbox and stole my mail. HE MAILED either an empty envelope or an unsealed one. And refuses to refund the $$ (or I should be out half because it isn't his fault he did so
I have been here since 2004 (8 YEARS) and have NO REPUTATION for claiming to receive empty envelopes. I have like 400+ good feedback and he wants to insinuate I don't know the rules of trading.
Anyone see something I am missing?!?!? Why is this at ALL my fault?!?!
