I've tried several and this is my all time favorite.

Bake a store bought pie shell.

After cooled, line with sliced berries then set aside.

In a pot combine:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
3 tbsp corn starch or tapioca (I prefer the tapioca)
1 1/2 chopped strawberries
Cook until clear.

Remove from heat and add:
1 tbsp butter
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Let the mixture cool.

Once cooled, pour over berries in pie shell and chill for 2-3 hours.

Cover with whipped cream.

Let me know if you make it and what you think.........enjoy!!! 3|2|thank u.........will give it a try|couponsnsamples|cpsnsamples@aol.com|16:58:37|04/30/2012|
