went to the eye Dr ( not my regone) because my pressre was up in my eyes so I need drops to bring it down so I can have surgery next week Hegave me a sample told me they would fax the prescript over to cvs so it would be there when the sample was done I go to the store Sunday to find that it wasn't sent uggg they said they would call yesterday
So I haven't had my drop since Sunday am I got no call from cvs yesterday so I calld this am they said a request was set yeesterday to the dr and still no reply
I call the dr and thy said they would check and then tell me it will be at cvs tomorrow uggg I toldher it was suppoed to have been done two weeks ago and I can't wait till tomorrwo as I need it yesterday lol She gets snippy and says you can come by today and pick upsome lol I remind her that I can't drive lol so she says she will get it taken care of today lol lol
uggggggggg I thought how great it was when he told me two weeks ago that they would fax then no paper to put in the purse and no haveing to drop it off and go back to pick it up lol

3|1|Sounds like the ball was dropped on the part of the doc's staff....medical assistant, nurse, or secretary were probably responsible to fax it over...the doc wouldnt fax it himself. in the office and CVS is notorious for saying they didnt get anything from us. I do the scripts so I know they are sent correctly. refills are usually faxed to the office and then faxed back or e-scrited depending on the type of script
sorry they were snippy with you, it's not a big deal to refax a script. takes 2 seconds, unless they never did it in the first place. Hmmmm
