I am driving home from my mother's house this evening, it is cold, and raining (no snow yet, thank goodness) and the car in front of me has a strange looking license plate, the letters seem thicker than usual, then after the rain picks up black starts to run down from the letters...Hmmmm, bogus license plate with painted on letters. definitely changed lanes, still had an hour to go.
