My Mother had a severe stroke a few months ago and had to be air lifted to the trauma center. She is doing well now, on the road to recovery thanks to a wonderful medicine called TPA. Cannot believe how quickly this medicine worked. She would be a total different person right now if she didnt get this med. Luckily, she worked hard to recover as soon as she could. Our family pulled together and we are taking turns staying with her. (now I know why she had so many children...LOL...)
anyway, I've been helping with her bills and need to raise some cash for medicine, doctors, etc... Medicare covers barely anything, she has additonal insurance but some of the meds are so expensive. There are not generics for some of them. I am sure many of you can relate,even with your own meds.
