Somehow i get this mailerdemon alert that the person who i am sending email the email address is no longer valid.
I AM NOT SENDING ANYTHING. when i read it (the mailerdemon notice), it says things like "How to make 1,000.00 in a day". It is junk, It is spam.
How do I get my computer to not send this? I am not very computer literate. Desthis mean that someone hacked into my email? How else would they get the addresses? I am so confused, but really don't want people to think that I am sending this junk. my husband received 3 of them and I told him not to open them.

ok, so yes i was compromised according to my email server.
How does that happen?
what do the hackers look for?
should i change passwords at every site that i belong to and have gave private information to such as bank or credit info?

and don't make it too simple mix letters and numbers. Another thing, don't make it the same as other passwords, a lot of people will use the same password for multiple things.

ok, so i changed everything and got into my account info. it looks as if someone from Spain got into my account from their phone. that's what the server information said.
but again would i need to change other account stuff for banks, paypal, etc if people phish for stuff can they access this information from my email.

are in your email, then they could see anything that you do. So if you have an email from another account, with your user name, and if the password is the same, then they could get into another account but if the password is different or not even similar, I wouldn't think they could get in. To be safe you could change them all.
phishing is using a trusted entity in order to try and get someones user names, passwords ect. Like when you get a fake email from paypal.

1. Change your password
2. Logout of yahoo when not in use. Not the "X" on upper right but the "log out"
on the upper left above your folder names.
