think that is a major invasion of privacy. Big Brother in government and elsewhere it seems. 1|1|ugh....yes and its also major descrimination.|ZandersMom|Zandersmom83@gmail.com|20:39:46|03/21/2012|

the only reason they are getting away with it right now is because theres no law for it. and because they are "asking" and not requiring. plus, when you sign up for facebook you agree to never give out your password. all of the things they may see on your page, like marital status, age, religion and sexual preference are all things use for descrimination purposes. the whole thing scares me. 2|1|They don't really need your password -- this is why you should be VERY careful about what you post|whitmarg|robin@whitmannet.com|21:30:07|03/21/2012|

If I'm your facebook friend and I post something, it's on your wall. Your friends can see that and if they comment, it's on their wall and all their friends can see it. So unless you put some security rules around your account, it's a free for all.

Employers are firing people for posts (and, believe me, rightly so in some cases).

People need to use common sense in social media - and yet, it's the last thing they seem to use!
