I ordered forms this morning and none were good in my state
I didn't realize that for a few minutes and then I looked them
over better and they weren't good in my state. I immediately emailed
the person back and she said she already sent them.
It was a very large amount for me. $45. She won't take them back and
I realize it was my fault but I am afraid I won't be able to get rid of
them. What would you do? I want to do the trade so I won't be
on the bad trader list since it is my fault but it seems the person
won't work with me.
Just heads up to all that are trading forms. Look them over very good
before you trade. I didn't and got in a mess.
Thanks

That is a lot of money.
If the trader was clear in her post in listing the states the forms are good in (and that can be a lot of work to do!), I think you'll just have to chalk it up to an expensive lesson learned. As soon as you get the forms, you can post and trade them and hopefully get some of that back.

It's always a good idea to slow down and double check things before you pay for something. 2|2|Thats what I am doing the person decided not to work with me and it was my fault so I'm out|2kidsmom|pgladden4@aol.com|13:20:52|03/14/2012|

Hopefully if anyone lives in
IN OH WV or MI
You will be needing forms.
Thanks for the input.
Everyone just read the post well I didn't. 3|1|I realize it was your fault for making the trade. BUt it is a terrible shame, that the other trader would not work with you. It would be VERY easy, for you to send the forms right back, for the refund. I myself would not feel right keeping the $45.00. Mainly because, I would not want someone else to do it to me. If you are a HONEST trader, there is nothing to fear in having a feedback link. If you do not have one, please set one up, BEFORE contacting me for a trade. If you insist on not having a feedback link, please do not contact me to trade. Feedback links protect all of us, on RS. Thanks for understanding. Donna 4|1|I'm curious...when you said you noticed within a few minutes, do you mean literally 'a few'??? How on earth would someone put the envie together and get it in the postal system within a 'few' minutes?|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|14:04:31|03/14/2012|

:) 6|3|I don't know about that, but that part really stuck out to me.....I know I've hurried a trade envie out to my mail box to get it there before my mail lady comes on a rare occassion, but honestly, that sounds 'iffy' to me.|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|15:02:41|03/14/2012|

But I am sending out today and maybe I can trade them on here.
It was my fault and taught me a good lesson.
I am not as upset as I was just hit me the wrong way when she
wouldn't work with me. She just said "sooo sorry"
Thanks for all the responses and thanks for not making me feel
like an idiot for doing this. Everyone has been so nice
maybe I should change who I trade with. And I will.
Thanks

Cindy 9|1|A good trader would take those back. I know I would. The trader should have posted what states the forms are good in.|lv2qpon|jcummins1@rochester.rr.com|15:48:42|03/15/2012|

Judi 11|1|A good trader would ask when they got their email if they lived in that state and if they were sure they wanted. Unless I know (have traded with them before) I would definetely ask if they wanted even though they were not good in their state.|driller|harj@frontier.com|20:57:29|03/15/2012|

I have had (more than once) people email me about forms, then when they send their mailing addy and I see it is different than
what the form is, I ALWAYS email them to verify that they still want them before I send. BUT, you know, some people do get
forms for others in other states. I guess it just depends on whether or not you (the seller) or (the buyer) have the time to
take to email to verify. I find it kind of odd that these would be sealed and mailed that quick though.

Just my opinion.
