Hi Everyone,
My husband has made up some really sufficient medical cards.
I carry one one me and him and he does the same also.
They are great for anyone in the family. When you go to the doctors and
have to fill out a form with your information, alls I do is have them make a copy of my card
and put on the form see attachement. My doctors offices all love my card they said my
husband should do this for a living. If you have to take medication daily and/or are allergic
to medications this is a great card to carry in your wallet and /or car. If you think you might
be interested in something like this e-mail me and will send you a copy of what it looks like.
The first card is 2.00 each additional card is 1.00 plus shipping. I Hope you'll give him a try.
He retired this year and I need to keep him busy and make him feel useful.

You will be more then please with it.
You will see just how handi it is. For when you go to the doctors just have them make a copy for there file and when you go to a new office have them do the same and just put on the form see attachment. Also great for if your rush to the emergency room, how many people when rush to the emergency can remember all the medications they take. I know I can't.

In regards to the medical alert card.
The 2.00 first time card is per person
any additional cards for the same person are 1.00ea.

This card can benefit everyone. If your children take medication or have allergy's they to should have a medical alert card
to keep on them while at school or just out with friends in case of an emergency and your not there to let the
medics know. That card can save a life. It has helped me in several emergency times I was rush to the hospital
where my husband pulled out the card handed it to the nurse and they knew what I should or should not be given.

I always tell him the girls from the e-board always try to help each other so I hope
you girls will prove me right. I'm pushing this because I know it will pay for you in the long
run.
Have you ever thought what if you had an accident this card can help the medics help you right away
which can save your life. What about your child do they have a condition that they should carry a card
